Darren McFadden hasn't been very effective as a running back against Denver, but he looked great playing quarterback.
Darren McFadden shows off his QB skills
The Raiders have quarterback issues, but running back Darren McFadden looked very good tossing a TD against Denver.

The Raiders' running back has just eight rushing yards on 10 carries. Fortunately for the Raiders, and fantasy football players who own McFadden, he isn't limited to just being a running back. In college, McFadden frequently played quarterback in Arkansas' "Wild Hog" scheme. McFadden excelled, throwing seven touchdowns.
He put those skills on display on Monday, avoiding a tackle and tossing a perfect pass to Marcel Reece for a 16-yard touchdown. Even Peyton Manning has to appreciate that accuracy.
Reece is technically listed as a fullback, so this was the rare running back to fullback touchdown connection. Despite his success in college, McFadden’s arm hasn’t been put to use often in the NFL. His touchdown pass on Monday was just the second passing attempt of his NFL career and the first completion. With Terrelle Pryor struggling, maybe the Raiders should utilize McFadden’s passing skills more.
