Raiders' quarterback Terrelle Pryor believes Broncos' linebacker Wesley Woodyard should be fined for the hit that gave him a concussion in Week 3, according to ESPN's Paul Gutierrez. Woodyard delivered the crushing blow to Pryor's head late in the fourth quarter of Denver's 37-21 win over Oakland. The impact of the hit caused Pryor to suffer a concussion and the quarterback does not remember taking the whack to the head.
Terrelle Pryor believes Wesley Woodyard should be fined for hit
Raiders’ quarterback Terrelle Pryor thinks that Wesley Woodyard’s hit on him in Week 3 was illegal.

Per Gutierrez, Pryor believes Woodyard’s tackle attempt was a “helmet-to-helmet” hit and he should be punished by the NFL. While the quarterback feels that the hit was illegal, his head coach Dennis Allen believes the hit was within the rules as it happened in tackle box.
Pryor must pass all concussion tests this week in order to play against the Redskins on Sunday. If he is unable to play, backup Matt Flynn will get the start for Oakland.
The Raiders will host the Redskins on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.
