The Bengals travel to Cleveland to take on a Browns team that shocked the NFL with last week’s win over the Vikings.

The Bengals lost a tough season opener against the Chicago Bears but followed that up with two impressive wins over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers. Allowing 30 unanswered points to the Packers in the second and third quarters last Sunday, the Bengals engineered a frantic late comeback that was highlighted by a 58-yard fumble return by Terence Newman in the final minutes to give Cincinnati a 34-30 win in the turnover-laden game. Quarterback Andy Dalton has been solid if a bit unspectacular so far this season, and is coming off one of the more complete games of his young career.
The Browns, meanwhile, surprised the football world with a 31-27 win over the Minnesota Vikings following a controversial week in Cleveland. After being endlessly criticized for trading running back Trent Richardson, and then starting a third-stringer at quarterback, the Browns earned their first victory of the season in impressive fashion in Minnesota. Quarterback Brian Hoyer made mistakes yet tossed three touchdowns in the victory, including the game-winning pass to Jordan Cameron with 51 seconds remaining in regulation.
