Bengals vs. Browns 2013 final score: Cleveland rides Brian Hoyer to 17-6 win

Hoyer threw for two touchdowns to lead the Browns to their second consecutive win.

The Cleveland Browns rolled to a 17-6 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, improving to 2-0 since trading away Trent Richardson and promoting Brian Hoyer to starting quarterback.

Hoyer was even better against the Bengals than he was last week in Minnesota, when he threw three touchdowns and led the Browns to their first win of the season. He was on point all day against the Bengals, needling passes all over the field as he finished 25-of-38 for 269 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

His first touchdown came on a two-yard fade route to Jordan Cameron, who finished with 10 receptions for 91 yards. It was Cameron's fourth score in the last two games, and he is now tied with Eddie Royal for the NFL lead in touchdown receptions with five.

The Browns' defense was dominant, limiting the Bengals to just 266 offensive yards. Linebackers Craig Robertson and D'Qwell Jackson led the way with 10 tackles apiece while defensive back Buster Skrine grabbed a big interception in the fourth quarter to ice the game.

The defense kept Andy Dalton off balance all game. The quarterback completed only 23-of-42 passes for 206 yards, no touchdowns and one pick.

With the win, the Browns pull even with the Bengals in the AFC North at 2-2.

Fantasy studs and duds

If Hoyer is available in your league, you may want to grab him. He threw for 269 yards and two touchdowns in his second big performance since taking over the starting job. Cameron cemented his place as a top-tier tight end, bringing in 10 receptions for 91 yards and a touchdown.

Nothing came out of the Bengals offense on Sunday, as their duo of Giovani Bernard and BenJarvus Green-Ellis struggled to get anything going against the Browns' defense. Bernard had 37 yards on 10 carries, while Green-Ellis had only 13 yards on six carries. Big play receiver A.J. Green hauled in seven receptions, but had just 51 yards and failed to find the endzone.
