Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer will benefit from a weakened Cincinnati Bengals secondary as he makes his second consecutive start on Sunday, as Bengals' cornerbacks Leon Hall and Dre Kirkpatrick have been ruled inactive for the game.

The Bengals will be without three starters in their secondary against the Browns.


Free safety Reggie Nelson has also been ruled out, meaning the Bengals will be without three starters in their secondary. Nelson and Hall have each two interceptions on the season between them.
Hoyer will start in place of Brandon Weeden, who is inactive with a sprained thumb. Hoyer, a career backup who has spent time with the Patriots and Cardinals, threw for three touchdowns and led Cleveland to their first win of the season last Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
