The Cleveland Browns have a share of first place in the AFC North after back-to-back wins, along with losses by every other team in the division in Week 4. Even better, the upstart team managed to avoid injury in its 17-6 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, who also managed to avoid adding further injuries to their already damaged roster.
AFC North injuries, Week 4: Ben Roethlisberger among those dinged, but not seriously
The AFC North suffered some bumps and bruises in Week 4, but no serious injuries.

Only offensive lineman Kevin Zeitler went down with a foot injury for the Bengals, but the right guard came back in the game in the third quarter.
The Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens weren't as fortunate, as a few players, including Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger, suffered injuries in Week 4. A hyperextended thumb for the Steelers passer isn't expected to be serious, but guard Ramon Foster's chest injury might be a little more serious. The Steelers have a bye week in Week 5 though, so he'll have time to bounce back from the injury.
Baltimore won't have the luxury of a bye week, however. Cornerback Lardarius Webb and wide receiver Deonte Thompson each left the team's loss to the Buffalo Bills with injuries. Webb told the Baltimore Sun that the thigh injury he suffered wasn't very serious, but a fourth-quarter concussion for Thompson might keep the receiver out for Week 5.
