The Indianapolis Colts will be without Bjoern Werner for at least a few weeks after the linebacker suffered a torn plantar fascia in his right foot. Colts coach Chuck Pagano said Werner is expected to miss between four and six weeks, according to Mike Chappell.
Bjoern Werner injury: Colts LB out 4-6 weeks due to foot injury
The Colts will be without their 2013 first-round pick for a while.

Werner suffered the injury during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. The injury was initially called a foot sprain, but an MRI on Monday revealed the tear. While the injury will cost Werner a few games of his rookie season, he avoided the dreaded Lisfranc injury which could have kept him out the rest of the season.
The No. 24 pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, Werner has played a backup role for the Colts this season, he appeared in all four games, totaling five tackles and 0.5 sacks. With Werner out, backup outside linebacker Cam Johnson will likely see more snaps, serving as the backup to both Robert Mathis and Erik Walden.
