Shonn Greene injury: Titans RB replaced by Jackie Battle

The Titans have labeled Greene as “questionable” to return Sunday.

Don McPeak-USA TODAY Sports

Tennessee Titans running back Shonn Greene left Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a right knee injury. He's been replaced in the lineup by Jackie Battle.

Greene has been labeled as questionable, according to Adam Caplan, but the chances of his return this week do not look good.

Greene, who spent his first four NFL seasons with the New York Jets, had four carries for 18 yards before exiting the game.

Battle, who is filling in for Greene as the Titans’ No. 2 running back behind Chris Johnson, has taken full advantage of the opportunity, scoring on a three-yard touchdown just before halftime.
