He changed his clothes at halftime to more league-friendly Nike gear before returning to the field for the second half. The change was noticed by ESPN's Darren Rovell.

A simple logo could result in a fine for the 49ers’ head coach.

The black long-sleeved 49ers shirt had a Reebok logo on the right shoulder and was likely a leftover prior to the league’s switch to Nike as the NFL’s apparel provider, which started in 2012. Violation of league-approved apparel typically results in a fine when it comes to players and it remains to be seen how the NFL will handle a head coach breaching the rules.
The shirt was official, at one point in time -- but is technically a breach of league rules.
