Saints vs. Seahawks, 2014 NFL injury report: Percy Harvin banged up

Seattle’s biggest speed weapon is once again on the shelf after a rough playoff contest.

The Seattle Seahawks beat the New Orleans Saints at CenturyLink Field on Saturday afternoon, advancing to their first NFC Championship Game in nine years.

Seattle now faces the San Francisco 49ers in a much-anticipated matchup, but might be doing it without one of its most dynamic playmakers. Wide receiver/kick returner Percy Harvin returned to the lineup for only his second game this season on Saturday, only to last for less than a half.

Harvin was belted on the first series of the game on a helmet-to-helmet hit, but returned to action and finished out the first quarter. However, Harvin took another hard shot in the following quarter and left with a concussion, obviously not returning.

The former Minnesota Vikings first round draft pick missed every regular season game but one dealing with a hip injury, but felt he could make an impact in the playoffs. Now, it's unclear whether he will be available against the hard-hitting 49ers on Sunday.
