Darrelle Revis says knee is ‘100 percent’
The Buccaneers All Pro cornerback is looking to return to form in 2014.

The promise of having an elite cornerback in Tampa Bay is finally becoming a reality with news that All Pro Darrelle Revis is 100 percent.
Revis' first year with the Buccaneers wasn't bad by starting cornerback standards, but lagged behind his expectations following his recovery from an ACL injury in 2012 that left him barely prepared to compete in his first season in Florida. According to an inteview with JoeBucsFan.com his knee is now feeling like it's returned to form and he is poised to improve on his first year.
“I’m 100 percent, man. I feel real great. You know, through the course of the year it got stronger week to week. And I’m just trying to continue to improve and get back to where I used to play great ball.”
The veteran cornerback is preparing for the Pro Bowl in Hawaii before he makes a trip to Arizona to begin his offseason training regimine. Revis has a chance to revitalize his career in Tampa Bay under head coach Lovie Smith, who arrived in Tampa Bay this offseason to take over for Greg Schiano.
He finished with 50 tackles, 11 passes defended and two interceptions -- a pedestrian season by Revis’ high standards, but now he’s aiming to regain his status as the league’s best cornerback now at a time where others are vying for the throne.
