The 2014 NFL Draft is still four months away, which makes it entirely unsurprising that Houston Texans owner Bob McNair says the team isn't ruling out a trade of the team's No. 1 overall selection. Following a 2-14 season, the Texans earned the rights to the top pick, but are open to moving back in the draft order. Teddy Bridgewater is considered the favorite by most to be the first player selected in May, which means that the Texans could potentially dangle the Louisville quarterback as bait for a team looking to move up.

Former Minnesota Vikings kicker Chris Kluwe wrote a harsh criticism of his final season with the team that was published on Deadspin on Thursday, calling Leslie Frazier and Rick Spielman cowards, and Vikings special teams coach Mike Priefer a bigot. The Vikings addressed these allegations in a statement on Friday, calling the circumstances of Kluwe's released "inaccurate and inconsistent with team policy."
