The incredibly awful run of Chiefs injuries continued in the fourth quarter of Saturday's Wild Card game in Indy, and star outside linebacker Justin Houston is the latest to fall. Houston went down with an apparent leg injury moments before the Colts scored a go-ahead touchdown to complete a comeback from a 28-point deficit. The Kansas City medical staff was looking at Houston's left knee on the sideline, but the injury obviously became of secondary concern for the Chiefs when Andrew Luck hit T.Y. Hilton over the top for a score.

The spate of injuries continued for the Chiefs, with key linebacker Justin Houston going down just before Indianapolis completed their comeback.

Houston was just returning from dislocated elbow injury, the postseason matchup his first game since the injury in Week 12. Houston was in the running for the Defensive Player of the Year honors before the injury, posting 10 sacks through the Chiefs first seven games.
Houston joins cornerback Brandon Flowers as two of the Chiefs' key defensive players to go down against the Colts. On the offensive side, first and second string running backs Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis were also ruled out.
