Brandon Flowers was forced to leave Saturday's wild card game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Indianapolis Colts midway through the third quarter. He appeared to hit his head falling onto the back of a teammate during a Colts touchdown.
Brandon Flowers injury: Chiefs CB questionable to return with apparent concussion
Injuries are taking their toll on the Chiefs. Cornerback Brandon Flowers is the latest to leave the game with an apparent concussion.

Flowers went to the locker room to be evaluated for an apparent concussion. Per Bob Glauber, his return is questionable.
The Chiefs have suffered several major injuries so far. Running back Jamaal Charles was ruled out for the game after suffering an apparent concussion on the opening drive of the game. Wide receiver Donnie Avery, who had a 79-yard touchdown reception in the first half, is also out with a concussion.
The Chiefs had a 38-10 lead after a touchdown to open the second half, but the Colts surged back to score 14 straight points to put themselves back within striking distance. With three key players now out, the Chiefs could struggle to hold off the Colts’ charge.
