Knile Davis injury: Chiefs RB out with knee injury
The Chiefs have lost their third offensive weapon of the game to injury.

Kansas City Chiefs running back Knile Davis left the Saturday wild card game against the Indianapolis Colts with an apparent knee injury and will not return, according to the NBC Sports broadcast.
Davis carried the ball early in the fourth quarter when he was tackled and remained on the field following the play. He left with the assistance of trainers and was examined by the team’s medical staff on the sideline. Davis is the latest in a long line of injuries sustained by Kansas City on Saturday.
Starting running back Jamaal Charles left in the first quarter with a concussion, and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. He was followed by starting wide receiver Donnie Avery, who caught a touchdown in the first half before sustaining a possible concussion of his own in the third quarter. The Chiefs are also without cornerback Brandon Flowers, who sustained a concussion during the third quarter.
The Chiefs are trying to stop an Indianapolis Colts comeback after allowing 28 points since halftime. Cyrus Gray is the next running back up, and the team could turn to Dexter McCluster to supplement the running game as Kansas City tries to hold on.
