The Baltimore Ravens are one of the most consistently successful organizations in football. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are not, but are hoping they can become one with first-year head coach Lovie Smith at the helm. Baltimore has enjoyed steady leadership with John Harbaugh, who has been the head coach since 2009. In that same span, the Buccaneers have employed Raheem Morris, Greg Schiano and Smith. Morris and Schiano combined for a 28-52 mark, each failing to make the playoffs.
Ravens vs. Buccaneers 2014: Live stream, time, TV schedule and radio
Both teams look to rebound off tough losses, with the Ravens aiming to avoid an upset by an unpredictable Buccaneers team.

Smith is off to a rocky start with Tampa Bay sitting at 1-3, albeit looking improved the last two weeks. After being humiliated by the Atlanta Falcons in a 56-14 defeat in Week 3, the Buccaneers upset the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field before losing to the New Orleans Saints in overtime at the Superdome. The team has responded to second-year quarterback Mike Glennon, who replaced an injured Josh McCown against Atlanta and has thrown for five touchdowns since.
Joe Flacco will look to attack the Buccaneers' 30th-ranked pass defense with a bevy of weapons including Steve Smith and Torrey Smith. After going to Baltimore following his release from the Panthers, Steve Smith has been tearing up defenses up with 463 yards on 30 catches with three touchdowns. He ranks fourth in the NFL in yardage. Owen Daniels has also contributed in his first year with the Ravens, hauling in 19 receptions and a pair of scores. For Flacco to find his targets, the offensive line must do better than the four sacks it allowed to the Indianapolis Colts last week.
