The Buffalo Bills are now under the control of the Pegula family, but that isn't expected to net any immediate changes; however, the new ownership is expected to restructure the organization some, according to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.
New Buffalo Bills owners looking to restructure, add consultant
Ernie Accorsi, Mike Holmgren and Ron Wolf are candidates to become consultants for the Buffalo Bills.

Among the expected changes is more of a split between the business and football sides of the organization as well as the addition of a consultant to evaluate the franchise and oversee the ownership transition. The Bills haven’t begun a formal search for the new consultant, but La Canfora said Ernie Accorsi is the favorite to receive the position with Mike Holmgren and Ron Wolf as other possibilities.
Accorsi, 72, is linked to the Pegulas due to his former work with Penn State, a university that the new Bills owners have close ties to. Since his work with Penn State early in his executive career, Accorsi has served as the general manager for the Baltimore Colts, Cleveland Browns and New York Giants, and currently works as a consultant for the Carolina Panthers.
Holmgren, 66, previously served as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks as well as the team president of the Browns. Wolf, 75, held executive positions with the Los Angeles Raiders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Packers before he was hired as a consultant for the Chargers in December 2012.
