Fresh off a stunning defeat of the defending Super Bowl champions, the Dallas Cowboys hope to strengthen their record against the visiting New York Giants on Sunday. The Giants lost a week ago to another NFC East team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Giants vs. Cowboys 2014: Online streaming, time and TV schedule
The shocking 5-1 Cowboys welcome the rival Giants to Jerry World.

The Giants’ up-and-down season continued last week as they went scoreless for the first time this year. New York began the season off poorly, getting blown out in back-to-back weeks, then played like dynamos, blowing out Houston and Washington while notching another win over Atlanta in more modest fashion. While New York has the capability to play up to that level again, it may be difficult this week.
Dallas has performed well all season. Though many doubted the Cowboys after going 4-1 on a mostly easy schedule, the team's impressive win in Seattle solidified its place among the NFL's elite. Tony Romo appears to have moved past the back injury that ended his 2013 campaign, and DeMarco Murray is on pace to break several single-season rushing records.
After a slow start to their 2014 season, the Giants caught fire behind coordinator Ben McAdoo’s offense and a resurgent Eli Manning. In three straight weeks -- all wins -- New York scored 30 or more points while holding opponents to few than 21. However, the Eagles shut out the Giants last week, giving New York its first goose egg since Dec. 15, 2013.
On Dallas' side, Murray's 785 rushing yards leads all players. The talented back has also caught 21 receptions for 155 yards. Meanwhile, Dez Bryant is off to a hot start, catching 36 balls for 439 yards. Yet the Cowboys' top red-zone target this year has been second-year wideout Terrance Williams, who is currently on pace for 13 scores.
