Of all the quarterbacks to play in the NFL over its almost 90 years in existence, Brett Favre has thrown the most touchdowns. However, that probably won’t be true for long: Favre threw 508 in his career, and Peyton Manning has 506, so Manning will probably soon take that record.

Just the kind of laissez-faire attitude we came to expect out of the ol’ gunslinger during his playing days. It’s probably good Favre isn’t too attached to the record: Manning has thrown 15 passes in five games this year, so if he merely hits his average, he’ll break the record today.
