Calvin Johnson will be crossing the pond with his team this week. Whether he'll be doing anything more than sightseeing has yet to be determined.
Calvin Johnson will travel to London, playing status uncertain
Detroit isn’t sure yet whether the star wideout will be healthy enough to play against the Falcons.

Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell said the star wide receiver will "absolutely" travel to London with the team to take on the Atlanta Falcons, according to Rod Beard of The Detroit News. But there's no guarantee that Johnson, who has been inactive with an ankle injury the last two weeks, will play.
The team flight is scheduled to leave Monday night. The game will be held Sunday afternoon in Wembley Stadium.
Johnson has been unable to shake the effects of a high ankle sprain suffered in Week 3 and there has been talk of the Lions holding him out until after the Week 9 bye.
While the Lions offense has been noticeably limited without its best player, Detroit has managed to scratch out consecutive wins without him in the lineup. One big reason for that has been Golden Tate, who sparked the Lions' fourth-quarter comeback against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday with a 73-yard touchdown. In the four games since Johnson went down, Tate has posted 32 catches for 448 yards and two scores.
