NFL head coaches are rarely in a good mood following a loss. They are, however, required to meet with the media regardless of their mood which can lead to some testy press conferences. Houston head coach Bill O'Brien didn't go on a Dennis Green-level tirade after the Texans' loss on Monday, but he wasn't happy either.
Bill O’Brien is not very happy about Houston’s loss
The Texans lost their third straight game, falling 30-23 to the Steelers on Monday night and Bill O’Brien was less than pleased after the game.

Judging from that answer, he wasn’t taking much positive from the game. It would be hard to when the Texans went from leading 13-0 to trailing 24-13 in the span of three minutes. He wasn’t all negative though as he did point out the Texans had a shot despite crucial mistakes.
“It was 30-23, you know. It wasn’t 50-0,” O’Brien said, via NFL.com. “The thing is, you can’t do that. You can’t turn the ball over. You can’t field a kick, bobble the kick. Can’t give up shot plays. You can’t have 12 men on the field on third down to give them a first down. We just can’t do those things, and with all that being said, we’re one onside kick away and these questions are like we lost 50-0. We lost by a touchdown. With all of that stuff that we did, we have to improve it. We gotta coach it better and we gotta play better.”
Maybe O’Brien will take a page from Bill Belichick’s book and simply scoff at questions he doesn’t like.
