Which Florida-based AFC team is the worst?

The Dolphins have garnered a lot of criticism this season. After a season-opening victory over the AFC East rival New England Patriots, Miami lost three of its next four games. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill has come under fire, with head coach Joe Philbin declining to name him as starter heading into the team's game against the Raiders. The defense has fared far better, with Cameron Wake and Olivier Vernon combining for eight sacks.
Jacksonville started the season with a different starting quarterback and tailback than the players currently starting. Chad Henne was eventually benched for third-overall pick Blake Bortles while Toby Gerhart was sidelined by injury. Second-year multipurpose weapon Denard Robinson produced the Jaguars' biggest single-game rushing performance of the season last week. He'll play a large role in Sunday's game as well.
Several starters around the league have lost their jobs due to ineffective play, Tannehill remains under center, currently 31st overall in yards per attempt. The Dolphins appear to have found an answer in the running game, however, as Lamar Miller has rushed for 391 yards at a 4.8 clip since becoming the starter.
In five appearances, including four starts, Bortles has been accurate, but prone to committing turnovers. Currently, he is completing 65.5 percent of his passes while throwing twice as many picks (10) as touchdowns (five). Meanwhile, Robinson leads the team in rushing yards based largely on the strength of his 127-yard outburst a week ago.
