The Seattle Seahawks are reportedly set to part ways with running back Marshawn Lynch after the current season.

Communication is reportedly poor between Lynch and head coach Pete Carroll.


Per @MortReport, the @Seahawks have grown tired of Marshawn Lynch's ways and he's not expected to return next season.
— NFL on ESPN (@ESPNNFL) October 26, 2014 Lynch recently expressed his frustration on Twitter with the Percy Harvin trade, and Ian Rapoport of NFL.com says that there has been "very little to no" communication between Lynch and head coach Pete Carroll. Rapoport goes on to say that the team's commitment to Lynch is waning in an effort to cement quarterback Russell Wilson as the team's locker room leader.

Michael was the team's second-round selection in the 2013 NFL Draft. Rapoport notes that the team could draft another option early next year.
