Chip Kelly’s play sheet is an ode to ‘The Andy Griffith Show’

The always inventive and esoteric Chip Kelly has confounded the NFL with his play calling. It turns out he learned it all from The Andy Griffith Show. Barney Fife was the incompetent deputy sheriff of Mayberry during his time on the 1960s TV series.
Now we need to work out what a “Barney Fife” play is. It’s probably got something to do with “pulling the trigger,” but we might never know. Hopefully an “Aunt Bee” is serving the team butterscotch pecan pie.
