Jaguars rookie quarterback Blake Bortles is struggling out of the gate, already racking up six interceptions. But at the same time, Jacksonville's defense was able to sack Ben Roethlisberger four times last Sunday and kept guys like Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown in check. So there are at least some signs of progress.
The entire Jaguars offense is struggling, though, but that should be understandable considering the team started six rookies against Pittsburgh. There will certainly be growing pains this season, but also signs for a brighter future.
The Titans are really hurting this week after allowing the Browns to complete the biggest road comeback in NFL history. And not only did they blow a 28-3 lead, they lost quarterback Jake Locker to a thumb injury. However, he could still wind up playing Sunday.
CBS Sports’ experts favor the Titans, but two of their eight analysts believe the Jaguars are due to notch their first win of the season. Yahoo! experts believe the Titans will win.
