‘Thursday Night Football’ 2014 live stream: How to watch Bills vs. Dolphins online

The Dolphins host the Bills in a primetime battle between two AFC East rivals fighting for a playoff spot.

Week 11 kicks off with a key divisional battle between AFC East rivals when the Miami Dolphins (5-4) host the Buffalo Bills (5-4) on Thursday Night Football. It has been a while since the 'Fins and Bills have played a meaningful game in mid-November -- this will be the first time both clubs have met this late in a season with winning records since 2000.

Buffalo is coming off a tough loss at home to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Despite entering the fourth quarter with a 10-point lead, the Bills could not contain KC's running game and endured yet another late-game meltdown in the 17-13 defeat. Buffalo's biggest problem remains its inability to score touchdowns inside the 20-yard line, ranking last in the NFL in red zone efficiency (41.2 percent) this season. The Bills now face an uphill battle to end the league's longest postseason drought, with games still to come against three of the NFL's elite teams -- the Broncos, Packers and Patriots -- after Thursday night's primetime showdown in Miami.

The Dolphins had their three-game winning streak snapped Sunday in a crushing 20-16 defeat to the Detroit Lions, losing on a last-minute touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Theo Riddick. Miami needs to rebound quickly from that loss, facing a Bills team that is also fighting for a postseason spot in a crowded AFC race. If the Dolphins are going to regain their momentum and remain in the playoff hunt, they'll have to overcome their recent struggles against Buffalo. Miami has lost its last three matchups against its divisional rival, including a 29-10 defeat in Week 2 earlier this season.
