The Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins are both surprise contenders in their divisions, but the Dolphins got a leg up on them with a win on Thursday Night Football. It was a strong start to Week 11 in the NFL, and with just four teams on their bye weeks, there's plenty of action worth watching on Sunday.
NFL TV schedule, Week 11: Lions vs. Cardinals headlines Sunday’s slate of games
The Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions both look like complete teams and should combine for a solid matchup on Sunday.

There will be 12 games on Sunday, with eight of those games coming earlier in the day. That slate of games has plenty to watch, though the most interesting might be the tilt between the 6-3 Seattle Seahawks and the 6-3 Kansas City Chiefs. Both teams are trailing in their division, but both teams are still doing well enough to be in the thick of things.
Then there's the game between the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants. These two teams have played some competitive games in recent years, though both find themselves struggling within their respective divisions. The Denver Broncos should be favored to down the St. Louis Rams, given that the Broncos are 7-2 and the Rams are 3-6, but the Rams have made it a habit to beat better teams this season.
For the afternoon, two of the three matches should be plenty exciting. One is a showdown between the 7-2 Philadelphia Eagles and the 6-3 Green Bay Packers. Then the 7-2 Detroit Lions will take on the 8-1 Arizona Cardinals in what is probably the best game of the day. Sunday Night Football will feature a game between the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts.
