The Ravens dismantled the Steelers in their previous meeting this season, but that 20-point blowout isn't earning them any favors among NFL experts as they head to Pittsburgh this week. The Steelers are the favorite among most panelists heading into their showdown to decide first place in the AFC North.
Ravens vs. Steelers 2014 picks and predictions: Pittsburgh favored at home
A recent scoring splurge and home field advantage are enough for experts to overlook the Ravens’ blowout win earlier this season.

In fairness, this is a different Pittsburgh team than the one that managed just six points back in Week 2. They've hung 30 and 51 on the Texans and Colts, respectively, in the last two weeks and have climbed into the top 10 in scoring offense. They're also playing in the cozy confines of Heinz Field, where they're 3-1 this season.
The Ravens, meanwhile, were swept by the Bengals last week and three of their five wins have come against the lowly NFC South.
Considering all of that, it makes sense that Pittsburgh is favored to emerge with the division lead this weekend. The Steelers are the pick for 11 of ESPN’s 14 experts, five of Fox’s eight experts and six of CBS Sports’s eight experts. SB Nation’s panel agrees, though it’s a bit more contentious.
