Jadeveon Clowney has played in just two games for the Houston Texans in 2014 and has just two tackles, mostly due to a knee injury that has mostly kept the outside linebacker on the sidelines since he suffered it in Week 1. But after making a Week 8 return, Clowney will likely again be on the sidelines in Week 9 after an illness kept the rookie from practice, and that has frustrated the Texans, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Texans getting frustrated with Jadeveon Clowney, according to report
The Texans reportedly want rookie Jadeveon Clowney to show more maturity in his handling of injuries that have kept him sidelined.

Clowney suffered small injuries during his time with the South Carolina Gamecocks, but his knee injury, which required surgery, is the most major of his football career. Still, the team wants to see the 21-year-old outside linebacker be more mature about his handling of the situation, according to Rapoport.
How to watch
The report flies in the face of comments made by Texans head coach Bill O’Brien, who said he had no qualms with the possibility of another missed game for Clowney:
OB on being frustrated Clowney could miss another game: No it's not frustrating at all. Nope, not one bit. It's the National Football League
