Moving the New York Jets-Buffalo Bills game to Monday night in Detroit solved one problem but caused another. The Bills now have to go about refunding those who purchased tickets expecting to see the game on Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium -- and apparently they're not doing a very good job of it.
Bills give fans wrong number for ticket refunds
Oh, Bills.

Fans who purchased tickets were directed to call a phone number to receive a full refund. The problem is, that phone number was initially wrong.
“Information on the Bills Website instructs ticket holders to call 1-877-228-4357,” writes Tiffany Lankes of the Buffalo News. “But that’s actually the phone number for a domestic violence crisis center in Ohio, which has been receiving a barrage of calls from Bills fans.”
The Bills have since fixed the problem on their website (the correct number is 1-877-228-4257).
Season ticket holders are having the money credited to next year’s invoice, though the team is granting direct refunds for those who specifically request it (as Pro Football Talk notes, this essentially gives the Bills a massive, no-interest cash loan).
