The storm in western New York which forced the relocation of a Week 12 game between the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills could force the Bills to play away from Buffalo for a second straight week.
Bills may need to relocate Week 13 game vs. Browns
The Buffalo Bills may need to move away from western New York in Week 13 for a game against the Cleveland Browns.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports the NFL is working with the Bills to create a contingency plan for the possibility Ralph Wilson Stadium won't be ready to host a Week 13 game between the Bills and the Cleveland Browns. Even in the event the playing field is made ready, the NFL is also evaluating "the feasibility of having a safe and secure traveling and game-day experience for fans."
Due to the storm, which forced many Bills players to be picked up at their homes by team staff members on snowmobiles and driven to the airport, the team missed an entire week of practice. While the league is still evaluating the Bills practice facility for possible damages, other possible facilities that could house the team for a week of practices are being searched for.
One possibility is Penn State University, which new Bills owner Terry Pegula has strong ties to, as the school will be on Thanksgiving break. According to La Canfora, Pegula was enthusiastic for Penn State to be a potential host of the Bills in Week 12, but the stadium lacked the infrastructure required for an NFL game.
After Week 12, the Bills will travel to play the Denver Broncos before the final home game of the season in Week 14 against the Green Bay Packers.
