Bill Belichick does not appreciate the fake Patriots scouting report on Johnny Manziel
He’s also not a fan of social networks on the internet.

Gossip! Salacious allegations! Celebrities! It had all the makings of a solid two-day internet drama, a Johnny Manziel scouting report by the New England Patriots that would have made Nolan Nawrocki uncomfortable. Except it was a forgery, even the logo was wrong. It was more than enough to capture the imagination of rapid draft mongers around the internet. But Bill Belichick wasn't laughing.
The Patriots coach denied the report on Friday night. From the Boston Globe:

“I don’t even know what’s online, and what isn’t online, but I would say we probably have - I can’t even imagine - 10,000 pages of information. That’s a lot of information. There’s no way I’d sit up here and tell you that I’ve read it all. I’ve read a fraction of it, but we have a ton of information on all the players that are in the draft.”
The grading system on the report was incorrect as well. However, it’s easy to see why people were pulled in when BroBible posted it. The fake-o bake-o Johnny Football scouting report hit the hot take highlights TV talking heads and draftniks have been flogging for weeks and weeks.
Belichick tacked on his thoughts about how info travels on the internet. Either that or he just tipped his draft board for hot new social networks.
”What’s online, you should go talk to the geniuses that are online. I don’t know.
“MyFace, YourFace, InstantFace, go talk to whoever you want that does that stuff. I don’t know.”
You laugh, but Drake’s PR person has been searching for the InstantFace app all morning.
