NFL Draft 2014 results: Cyril Richardson, Aaron Lynch off the board in Round 5

Cyril Richardson, a unanimous First Team All-American, is off the board to the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round.

SB Nation 2014 NFL Draft

The fifth round of the 2014 NFL Draft is underway, and the picks are coming through fast. We had some big players go off the board in the fourth round, with quarterbacks Tom Savage and Logan Thomas going off the board, but there's plenty already happening in Round 5 as well.

The biggest name to go in this group of picks is offensive lineman Cyril Richardson of Baylor. He went at No. 153 to the Buffalo Bills. It's worth noting that Richardson was drafted just a few picks after David Yankey of Stanford -- the two make up the two guards selected to the All-America First-Team, and both went in the fifth round.

Another big name is defensive end/outside linebacker Aaron Lynch. He went to the San Francisco 49ers with the No. 150 overall pick, and should get a solid opportunity to develop and potentially start there. Lynch is regarded as one of the best pass-rushers coming out this year, but has a slew of character concerns and seems to lack the motivation to be as good as he can be.

San Francisco seems like the right place for him to succeed, with strong character guys like Justin Smith and Patrick Willis to get him playing to his potential. Here's a look at picks 146-160:

Pick Team Player Position School
146 Dallas Cowboys Devin Street WR Pittsburgh
147 Atlanta Falcons Ricardo Allen CB Purdue
148 Carolina Panthers Bene Benwikere CB San Jose St.
149 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Kevin Pamphile OT Purdue
150 San Francisco 49ers Aaron Lynch DE South Florida
151 Tennessee Titans Avery Williamson ILB Kentucky
152 New York Giants Nat Berhe S San Diego St.
153 Buffalo Bills Cyril Richardson G Baylor
154 New York Jets Jeremiah George ILB Iowa St.
155 Miami Dolphins Arthur Lynch TE Georgia
156 Denver Broncos Lamin Barrow OLB LSU
157 Pittsburgh Steelers Shaquille Richardson CB Arizona
158 Detroit Lions Caraun Reid DT Princeton
159 Jacksonville Jaguars Chris Smith DE Arkansas
160 Arizona Cardinals Ed Stinson DE Alabama
