The Buffalo Bills wanted to move into the top five to grab a playmaker on offense, and they did just that. The Bills jumped from No. 9 to No. 4 by trading with the Cleveland Browns, then promptly used that to draft wide receiver Sammy Watkins.

In exchange for the No. 4 pick, Buffalo gave Cleveland its No. 9 overall pick this year as well as a first and fourth round pick in 2015.
After early rumors that the Browns had interest in Johnny Manziel, those dissipated this week as reports emerged that the team had no interest in the Texas A&M star. The team needs a quarterback, but with no interest in Manziel and with Blake Bortles already gone to the Jacksonville Jaguars, moving back makes sense.
The Browns have two first-rounds picks, and will now choose at No. 9 and No. 26.
Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel struggled at times during his first year under center, but adding a big-time playmaker like Watkins should aide his development.
