2014 NFL Draft: How to watch the 2nd and 3rd rounds online

Not at Radio City Music Hall or near a TV? You can still watch the NFL Draft as it unfolds with online and mobile coverage.

SB Nation 2014 NFL Draft

A record number of people tuned in to watch the first round of the NFL Draft and with 68 more picks scheduled to be made on Friday, Day 2 figures to once again be must-see-TV for NFL fans. Fortunately for those unable to watch on television, there will be online and mobile coverage.

Unless they trade the pick, the Houston Texans will get Day 2 started with the first pick of the second round. The second round is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET with television coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m. Most of the big stars came off the board in the first round, but there is still plenty of talent left in the draft pool. Five players ranked in the top 30 of Dan Kadar's top 200 are still waiting to hear their names called, including Louis Nix III, Kony Ealy and Marqise Lee. Derek Carr headlines the available quarterbacks with Zach Mettenberger, David Fales and Jimmy Garoppolo among other Day 2 prospects.

Five trades were completed during the first round and there figures to be many more on Day 2. As things stand now, every team is slotted to pick at some point on Day 2, which wasn't the case on Thursday. Washington's first round pick went to St. Louis as part of the Robert Griffin III trade. The Redskins won't have to wait long to make their 2014 NFL Draft debut on Friday, as they hold the second pick in the third round. Seattle was on the clock for the final pick of the first round, but the Super Bowl champions opted to trade the pick to Minnesota and now hold two second-round picks.

ESPN and NFL Network will once again provide wall-to-wall television coverage and both outlets will also provide online coverage. The entire ESPN broadcast will be available online via a simulcast from WatchESPN. The service will be available to those who subscribe to ESPN through a TV provider. The service can be watched online and is also available through an app on a number of streaming devices. NFL.com will also provide online coverage and while it won’t be a complete simulcast of the TV broadcast, there will be video of each selection, analysis of the picks and other features to keep track of all the action.
