Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Johnny Manziel had his first NFL rushing touchdown on Saturday night in Cleveland's preseason game agianst the St. Louis Rams. On 3rd-and-goal in the third quarter, Manziel scrambled from seven yards out to cut the Rams' lead to 20-14.
