Despite entering the year with legitimate AFC North title hopes, the season could quickly get out of hand should the Baltimore Ravens lose two consecutive division games at home. Unfortunately, that's precisely what could be in store if the experts are correct. For the second straight week, experts have picked the Ravens to fall at home, this time to the rival Pittsburgh Steelers.

After dropping their season opener, the expects predict the Baltimore Ravens will drop another to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2.


The Ravens have lost their last four regular season games dating back to last season. A loss to Pittsburgh would stretch that streak to five. With a cloud hanging over Baltimore as the result of Ray Rice’s assault and subsequent release and suspension, this would be an especially bad time for the team to dig itself into a hole within the AFC North.

For whatever it’s worth, the experts at CBS Sports sided with Pittsburgh 2:1 straight up. Against the spread, that ratio increased to 3:1. The folks over at Yahoo! Sports were also split 2:1 in favor of the Steelers straight up.
