Falcons vs. Bengals odds 2014: Cincinnati favored at home

Atlanta looks to pull the upset off in the Queen City behind a potent offense.

The Cincinnati Bengals are hosting the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday afternoon at Paul Brown Stadium and are favored by 5 points, according to OddsShark. The over/under is set at 49.

Betting trends show us that the Falcons are 6-1 in their last seven games against the spread, despite being 4-11 overall in their previous 15 games. The Bengals have been excellent at home, covering the spread nine of their last 10 contests.

Cincinnati comes into the game fresh off a 23-16 win over their division rivals, the Baltimore Ravens. A.J. Green stole the show, going for 131 receiving yards including a game-winning 77-yard touchdown catch with under five minutes remaining. Andy Dalton also played well, completing 25 of 38 passes for 301 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions.

Atlanta feels good after upsetting the New Orleans Saints at home in overtime, 37-34. The Falcons were led by a sublime performance by Matt Ryan, who threw for 448 yards and a trio of touchdowns. Atlanta also racked up 123 yards rushing on 4 yards per carry.
