DeSean Jackson ‘intends to play’ for Washington in Week 3, per report
Jackson is not expected to miss any time despite a shoulder injury in Week 2.

DeSean Jackson "intends to play" this week per @RapSheet. Not considered a major injury.
— Around The NFL (@AroundTheNFL) September 15, 2014 Jackson was injured when he landed on his shoulder in the first half of a Week 2 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and he was taken to the locker room shortly thereafter. He did not return to the game and reports afterward were that he suffered an AC joint sprain.
A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Jackson signed a three-year, $24 million contract with Washington in April just days after he was released by the Philadelphia Eagles. During the offseason, Jackson said he harbors no ill will toward his former team, although he said he was excited to face them and that the matchups would be "special."
A Week 3 matchup between Washington and Philadelphia would be Jackson’s first game at Lincoln Financial Field since his release.
Jackson has nine catches for 81 yards so far in 2014.
