A toxicology report revealed that Rob Bironas had a .218 BAC on the night he had two frightening encounters with strangers before dying in a single-car crash.

Don McPeak-USA TODAY SportsBefore Bironas crashed, a woman called 911 claiming that he had “tried to start a fight” with her and her husband while driving. A pair of students from the Nashville area also reported that Bironas “tried to kill us” by recklessly driving during a high-speed altercation.
Bironas was married to Rachel Bradshaw, the daughter of Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw. Rachel stated that Bironas had one drink with her and their friends before leaving the house. She added that it was unusual that he did not say he was leaving.

Don McPeak-USA TODAY SportsBironas, who lived near where the crash occurred, lost control of his SUV and went off the road, striking several trees before coming to rest upside down, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennesseean. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and pronounced dead on arrival.
