Quarterback Kirk Cousins will make his second start with the team after performing well in relief of Robert Griffin III in Week 2 and again against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. Meanwhile, New York running back Rashad Jennings has started heating up, rushing for 176 yards last week and 286 on the year.
