UPDATE: DeAngelo Williams is done for the day, according to ESPN’s John Clayton:
DeAngelo Williams ruled out vs. Ravens with foot injury
DeAngelo Williams left Sunday’s game against the Ravens, leaving the Panthers’ running back corps decimated. He will not return.

DeAngelo Williams' day is done. The Panthers are without their top two RBs and top two FBs.
— John Clayton (@ClaytonESPN) September 28, 2014 DeAngelo Williams left Sunday's game between the Carolina Panthers and the Baltimore Ravens with a right foot injury. He was spotted on the sideline being tended to by trainers, and has yet to return to the game.
The injury leaves an already decimated Panthers running back corps without options. The team was already without Mike Tolbert (injured reserve), Jonathan Stewart (inactive) and fullback Richie Broeckel (ankle injury). Tauren Poole and undrafted rookie Darrin Reaves now appear to be the Panthers' primary ball carriers.
Williams had just 34 yards rushing on 11 carries before leaving the game. His absence is another major blow to a Panthers team that is struggling mightily against the Ravens. Steve Smith is making good on his promise to leave “blood and guts” on the field against his former team. He has five catches for 122 yards and two touchdown catches already, and the Ravens hold a 21-7 just before halftime.
