The official injury report for Week 4's featured Monday Night Football matchup has been released, and there are few surprises. The biggest name on the report is Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles. He's been dealing with a high ankle sprain that has only kept him out a week to this point. Said injuries generally take much longer to heal but Charles has been practicing all week.
Chiefs vs. Patriots injury report: Jamaal Charles, Rob Gronkowski listed as probable
Jamaal Charles is probable for Monday’s game against the New England Patriots. He’s expected to play despite recently sustaining a high ankle sprain.

He's listed as probable on the injury report. Needless to say, he's expected to play and be the featured running back. His carry count might be limited, due to the injury and also due to the fact that his backup, Knile Davis, has been good in relief.
Also for the Chiefs, running back/returner De'Anthony Thomas is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury while safety Eric Berry has been declared out. For the Patriots, the biggest name is tight end Rob Gronkowski. He's been on the injury report all season after a long offseason of rehab from knee surgery. The Patriots have slowly worked him back into being close to an every-down player, and his inclusion on the injury report is a formality at this point.
