The experts agree that the Broncos are heavy favorites to win on Sunday against the Colts.

Even though it's been four years since Manning wore a Colts uniform, a meeting with Indianapolis still gets the headlines. It also doesn't hurt that his successor is as talented as Andrew Luck is. While it's never easy to replace a legend, Luck has seamlessly led the Colts to a new era, collecting 22 wins and consecutive playoff appearances in his first two seasons.
Last year, the Colts handed the Broncos their first loss of the season in Manning’s Indy homecoming in Week 7. This time Luck and the Colts must go to Denver, where the Broncos have lost just three times over the last two seasons.
Both teams are expected to be atop their divisions and make deep playoff runs in 2014, but only one will be able to start the season with a win.
Most experts are siding with the defending AFC champs as the Broncos are a unanimous pick among SB Nation’s NFL experts.

Over at CBSSports, all eight experts are rolling with Manning and the Broncos to win outright, and ESPN’s NFL experts also agree that Denver is the heavy favorite, with all 12 picking the Broncos to win.
