The Buffalo Bills are down to just two healthy running backs in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Cierre Wood, who is listed as the fourth running back on the depth chart but who was the primary backup on Sunday, left the game with a knee injury. Wood was carted to the locker room with the injury, and the Bills announced he would not return.
Boobie and Boom are the Bills’ only 2 healthy running backs
Cierre Wood left Sunday’s game with a knee injury, leaving Boobie Dixon and Boom Herron as the only healthy Bills running backs.

Buffalo's starter, LeSean McCoy, missed the game with a hamstring injury. His primary backup is Karlos Williams, who was ruled out for the game with a concussion. That means Anthony "Boobie" Dixon was the starter coming into the game, with Wood backing him up and Dan "Boom" Herron the third-string runner.
Herron was signed earlier in the week after the Bills brought him, among other running backs, in for a workout. There was some question as to whether or not he’d even be active for Sunday’s game, but it’s looking like it was a good decision to have him active given Wood’s injury. Herron did even take the first carry of the game, even with Dixon getting the official start. Coming into the game, Dixon had eight carries for 0 yards and a touchdown.
