Odell Beckham, Jr., left Sunday night's game against the 49ers with a hamstring injury and has been ruled questionable to return. His last play before leaving was a weaving 17-yard touchdown reception to give the Giants a 20-13 lead near the end of the third quarter.
Odell Beckham suffers hamstring injury, returns late vs. 49ers
The Giants’ start wideout had been having an outstanding outing before leaving.

Beckham returned late in the fourth quarter as the Giants were driving for a game-winning score. Though he didn’t catch another pass, he drew a pass interference penalty on 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock that gave the Giants a first down on San Francisco’s 12-yard line.
It's unclear how he suffered the injury. After scoring, Beckham celebrated then was spotted hobbling back to the sideline, where he was quickly surrounded by Giants training staff, but Beckham reportedly said after the game that he suffered the injury roughly five or six plays before the score.
After the game, Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said that Beckham was taken out after the receiver “felt a little tug on his hamstring,” according to Kimberley Jones of the NFL Network.
Shortly after Beckham left, receiver Reuben Randle was ruled out for the game with a hamstring injury of his own. Randle finished the game with five catches for 42 yards.
Beckham had seven reception for 121 yards and a score on 11 targets before leaving, outpacing all other Giants pass catchers. The game is his second with more than 100 yards receiving this season, the first coming in Week 2 when he posted seven catches for 146 yards and a score against the Atlanta Falcons.
Hamstring issues have haunted Beckham in the past. He missed the first four games of his 2014 rookie season to rehab a hamstring injury that had hindered him throughout the preceding offseason.
Should Beckham miss significant playing time, it’d be arguably be the biggest blow yet to an offense that has already had to deal with several significant injuries. Fellow wideout Victor Cruz has yet to play this season due to a calf injury. Tight end Daniel Fells is out Sunday after undergoing surgery to stave off a staph infection.
