Jeremy Maclin inactive for Week 7 vs. Steelers
Maclin is sitting out after getting a concussion last week.

Maclin suffered the concussion during last week's loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He didn't practice until Friday this week and was listed as questionable on the injury report. Head coach Andy Reid said that Maclin passed the league's concussion protocol Saturday, but he apparently wasn't ready to play yet.
Maclin was the Chiefs' biggest offseason acquisition, signing a five-year deal worth up to $55 million after spending five seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. Through six games, the 27-year-old has 39 catches for 531 yards and one touchdown.
With Jamaal Charles done for the year, the Chiefs need Maclin more than ever. His absence is a major blow to an offense that has been middling so far, ranking 19th in passing yards per game. Albert Wilson, Chris Conley and Jason Avant are listed as the top receivers on the depth chart, but with no Maclin, Alex Smith has even more pressure on his shoulders.
