The Miami Dolphins appeared to be a rejuvenated bunch under interim head coach Dan Campbell in their win over the Tennessee Titans last week. But that hasn't stopped owner Stephen Ross from already searching for Campbell's replacement for next season.
Dolphins are reportedly eyeing Steelers OC Todd Haley for head coaching job
Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is reportedly targeting Haley based off Bill Parcells’ recommendation.

CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports the Dolphins are targeting Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley. Though Bill Parcells no longer has an official position with the Dolphins organization, he's fond of Haley and his word still apparently carries a lot of weight with Ross. New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton, Ross' other rumored top target in the coaching search, is a Parcells disciple. New head of football operations Mike Tannenbaum learned under Parcells as well.
After a rocky start in Pittsburgh, Haley has transformed the Steelers' offense into one of the league's best over the last couple of seasons. Last year, the Steelers averaged the second-most yards per game and scored the seventh-most points per contest. Ben Roethlisberger enjoyed his best season as a professional in 2014, throwing for a league-best 4,952 yards. With a track record like that, Haley could be a fine choice to work with Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who's struggled mightily this season after signing a $96 million extension over the spring.
Despite his offensive expertise, Haley's first go-round as a head coach in Kansas City did not go smoothly. The Chiefs went 19-26 under Haley before he was fired 13 games into the 2011 season.
The 2-3 Dolphins canned head coach Joe Philbin after an embarrassing loss to the New York Jets in London in Week 4. Miami went 24-28 under Philbin, and failed to get off to a strong start this season after a major offseason spending spree.
