Raiders vs. Bears 2015 live stream: Start time, TV schedule and how to watch online

The Oakland Raiders might just be a good team, which is a weird thought given how poorly the organization has been run over the last several years. But they've managed to string together a couple of productive offseasons, and young talent like Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and Khalil Mack seem to be a solid foundation going forward.

Oakland is currently 2-1 on the season, with a chance at going 3-1 with an upcoming game against the winless Chicago Bears on Sunday. The Raiders haven't looked like world-beaters by any stretch of the the imagination, but they're winning quality football games, and they are certainly playing on a different level than the Bears.

Chicago is currently in the running for worst team in the NFL. Quarterback Jay Cutler was injured and Jimmy Clausen was forced to start in Week 3, and the offense was just as bad as everyone predicted. The Bears put up zero points against the Seattle Seahawks, and Clausen looked as unprepared as you could imagine.

Clausen completed 9 of 17 passes for 63 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. The Bears didn't have any interceptions or fumbles on offense, but they punted on every single drive in which they possessed the football. The Seahawks played a good game, but they still don't look like the otherworldly defense they've fielded in the past. After the game, the Bears traded Jared Allen and Jon Bostic, so there are those who think the team might have given up on the season already.

It wouldn't be surprising. They were also dominated by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2, losing by four scores, and fell to the rival Green Bay Packers in Week 1 without putting up much of a fight. The team will obviously be much better when Cutler gets back, even if nobody has stopped talking about just how bad Cutler's contract is. It might be the worst one in the league, but with how poor Clausen looked, Cutler is definitely better.

Meanwhile, the Raiders have beaten the two struggling teams put in front of them in the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns, but lost to the tough Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. The Raiders probably aren't competing for the Super Bowl this season or anything along those lines, but they do look like a team on the rise.

Carr has completed 57 of 90 passes for 726 yards with five touchdowns and an interception through three games. On the ground, he's assisted by Latavius Murray, who has 52 carries for 248 yards and two touchdowns. His top target thus far is rookie Amari Cooper, who has caught 20 of the 31 passes thrown his way for 290 yards and a touchdown. Murray is looking like a great selection and he surely has several big games ahead of him.

As far as receiving weapons go, the Bears are lacking in that department, as well. Alshon Jeffery has a hamstring injury and will miss his third straight game this season.
