Eric Ebron suffered a left knee injury against the Seahawks on Monday night and did not return to the game. He was off to a good start, catching two passes for 22 yards before leaving in the second quarter. Ebron looked upset as he was being inspected on the sideline before being taken to the locker room, but the injury does not appear to be serious.
Lions TE Eric Ebron suffers knee injury vs. Seahawks
Eric Ebron was finally fulfilling his first-round potential as a pass catcher.

An MRI revealed “no structural damage” to Ebron’s knee, according to ESPN’s Adam Caplan. However, it’s unclear if he’ll be available for the Lions’ Week 5 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
Ebron is in the midst of standout sophomore season after a rather disappointing rookie campaign. He was drafted No. 9 overall in the 2014 NFL Draft, and seemed to be fulfilling his first-round promise with 13 receptions for 157 yards and two touchdowns through three games enter Monday night’s showdown against the Seahawks.
If he misses time with the injury, it would leave the Lions thin at the position. Brandon Pettigrew has missed three games with a hamstring injury and Tim Wright is the only other tight end-like substance on the roster.
